Belly swollen

My DD had a bug at the start of the week. This morning she’s woken up and her belly is so bloated. She’s had a lot of urges to go bathroom but nothing coming out. What could it be??

It could be constipation. If she usually regularly opens her bowels and isn’t doing it now she needs a medical review - could ring 111. If she’s in lots of pain then I’d take her to a&e

We manage to see our GP she is very backed up butt has given us a letter if we need to go to A&E. They have started us on movicol and the doctor made another appointment on monday to check her again
