Friction burn?

Just looking for reassurance....I posted a few weeks ago regarding my health anxiety over my children. DC3 is being tested for hypermobility - quite clumsy, clicky and bendy joints and bruises easily. Iron gummies are helping with the latter. Perfectly well in themselves and very active. Tonight I noticed these friction marks (on buttocks) darker on 1 side than the other but same area on both, looks like it could be from clothing rubbing and sweating etc. anyone who has kids with hypermobility and advice greatly appreciated, trying not to Google!

Looks like friction from clothing as in
a line nothing to worry about . Don’t obsess over little things like this it isn’t healthy if your kids are acting normal and not unwell then leave them be. Rashes for more serious illnesses are more often than not one of the last symptoms.
