1yo using side of foot to pull himself up - physio?

i have noticed DC uses the side of their foot to pull themselves up, as shown in photo. Do you have any experience as to whether it is a phase or whether that warrants a discussion with a physio? Many thanks

No, he’s just working out how to use his limbs efficiently and his muscles are still developing, some will be stronger than others at the moment.
