Lopsided smile

I have noticed my dd9 smile has become “lopsided” over
the last couple of months - not one side dropping, but more that one side of her upper
lip is going up higher than the other side when she smiles. Has anyone had this before? Only
happens in an “open” smile not if she smiles when her lips are closed. More pronounced in some photos than others.

You've posted this before. Her smile looks fine, and no one's face is symmetrical

My son had this, but he was very poorly when he was born and in intensive care on and off for many months lots of tubes around his face and the doctor noted in one of his notes. He had an asymmetrical face and smile. I had never noticed it before She said the way to tell us to stand him or hold him in front of me facing forward and look in the mirror and I could see it more that way he’s 8 almost 9 now and it’s still the same. But it was because of his long hospital admissions and have lots of tubes around his face for oxygen and other things. It’s kind of when their bones are soft things like that can shape the way they grow. It could be something simple like she’s lying on one side while she’s asleep at night by no means am I saying she doesn’t have a lovely smile because she does. but as a parent I had the same issues with my son and it was a doctor that first noticed that I hadn’t noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I don’t really see anything lopsided to be honest, looks totally normal
