What could this be??

We are due to go to a soft play party this morning and 3yo DD has woken up with flat red spots, no rash, no sign of anything else. She also has one on her nose and a couple more on her legs. Does it look like an allergic reaction more than viral? Not sure whether to keep her home from the party..

Mozzie bites? I react to bites quite badly and get quite a big red area around the actual bite. If there’s been one in her bedroom she might have had a few bites in the night.
