Does this seem like a sick bug?

DS 1yo sick yesterday morning after drinking large cup of water and rolling over. Didnt think anything of it, as was sick once and assumed due to large water intake then rolling on tummy!

Appetite a bit off, but still drank, happy playing, all fine within himself pottering about all day. Milk before bed and went to sleep, slept all night.

Woke this morning, wanted toast and then another slice. 30 mins after was sat on DH and then was sick.

Again, one time thing. Kept food and water down for the rest of the day. Been happy playing, full of colour etc. No temp. Gone to bed ok! Drank lots today. And fine.

Does that sound like a sick bug to you? Due in nursery tomorrow, would you send to nursery?

Definitely a big. Don't send them in on a Friday and pass it on for others at the weekend.
Hope you feel better soon.
