My 2yr old came out with these ALLLLL over his bottom (I mean covering the whole nappy area) yesterday and today we have these 2 on his face and a couple on his arms. I thought it was nappy rash as we'd been swimming and we used a different brand of swim nappy than normal but now we have a few rogue ones elsewhere!
I know this doesn't show much however it's the best photo I have of what I can share!
No temperature, had a bit of gunky eyes leading up to the spots but seem to have cleared now, no cough or cold and otherwise well! I don't think it's chicken pox and if it was HFM normally he has a temp with that (he's had it twice before) not overly worried but intrigued!
