Dizziness and headaches

Hi my son is 15 he’s been experiencing headaches and dizziness for the past 5 months they are everyday. We have been to a&e twice he’s had mri on head blood pressure test and ecg all clear we are waiting on an appointment with paediatrician but don’t know how long we’ll be waiting. It’s affecting him massively he can’t take part in sports and is affecting daily life. We are going round the Bend does anyone know what it could be or experienced anything similar

Did anything precipitate this like a virus or an injury? Is it worse at certain times of day/after certain activities (activities used loosely like is it worse after things like going up the stairs or watching tv)? Any ear issues? Have they done a lean test to see if it’s POTS? Any other symptoms?

He does play rugby and had a head bang back in January but mri scan was clear. It comes and goes all day yes it’s worse when he’s moving about

Have they given him any treatment/meds at all?

You could also do a LEAN test at home to give an indicator of whether there’s indications of POTS.

Has he had his eyes tested recently?

Ears checked? These symptoms can also be caused by Meniere’s Disease.

Vertigo? I banged my head in 2017 and get vertigo. Sometimes do get a migraine at the same time
