Asking if anyone has experienced anything similar (see photo) - we start the day with the eye looking normal but by the end of the day his eye looks quite red on the inside corner. Eye tests all normal. Could it be allergies? Thanks in advance!

Bumping as my 7 year old is suffering with reddish eyes on and off at the minute, but has never had it before. I’ve assumed hay fever - she doesn’t normally have hay fever but my understanding is it can start at any age.
Will be interested to see other responses.
