Baby rash

My 10 month old has got a rash on his belly, back , behind his ears/onto his head and then a different rash on his forehead. Its gotten wore on a friday ( rang doctors and cant get in they said ring 111 if urgent) however he keeps itching the back of his head and he is unsettled when its bedtime. It is nearly 27*c in the room ( due to a head wave) but he has only a nappy on. I was going to wait until Monday and ring the doctors but abit concerned that i need to ring 111. His temp currently is 36.4. Can anyone give anyone advice?

Are his glands swollen? My LO gets swollen glands right on their occipital bone (both left and right side of head) when they have a virus. Recently LO had a rash all over their upper body for about 3 days, it was just a post-viral rash. Have you done the glass test to make sure the rash blanches? The spots should disappear or turn white. If they don't, call 111 for advice.
