Could this be the start of pox? They came out in the bath, he was in contact with them 2 weeks ago and he’s been a bit under the weather

Obviously can’t see the pic yet, but exposure to it two weeks ago and feeling under the weather makes it sound quite likely.

Pics not loaded yet but the timeline fits. 10-14 days is pretty standard incubation period so that coupled with the feeling under the weather would suggest it's probably chicken pox.
