Toddler eczema

Hello! Looking for advice/suggestions/experiences. My 2 year old has started getting dry itchy patches on hands, inner elbows, and backs of knees. She got prescribed some qv wash and zeroveen cream, she's still getting flare ups (they're not very aggressive, but still come and go). I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for things that worked for their toddlers eczema?

Reluctant to go back to GP yet but if nothing else works I will

Thanks!

My adult DD had a patch of eczema on her face. It didn’t budge with anything we tried including cream from the pharmacist then Doctor.

I bought her this Magic Salve and it worked like magic really quickly. Worth a try.

Thank you! This looks good I'll definitely give it a try! I'm reluctant to go back to GP as I've heard others say that what they were prescribed didn't work too
