1 year old sick after liquid medicine

my 16 months little girl keeps being sick anytime I have her liquid paracetamol or ibuprofen just gags anytime I give her in it in small amounts
has anyone got any advice , she is getting tested for ASD and has lots of sensory issues and slow development delay and only has food is puree form

Can you mix it in her food?

Check for allergies. My DC had this and was allergic to penicillin
