19m sickness bug - when will it end?

My 4 year old was sick no more than 4 times on Monday. Then Thursday my 8 year old was sick once. Friday my 19m started being sick. All day it was relentless. I’ve never seen a baby/toddler be sick so much. It was intense for a good 16 hours. Today (Saturday) she has mostly been her happy self. She napped this morning and woke up being sick once. She’s mostly kept fluid down today. At dinner time she nibbled on plain toast and I really do mean nibbled. Hardly ate any at all. Went to bed tonight and sickness started again. Gone back to bringing up yellow bile now where her tummy is empty. She’s had no diarrhoea.
I’ve got 3 children and never experienced a bug like this before!
Do you think the tiniest bit of toast has triggered the sickness to start again?
I’m desperate for the vomiting to end!
Has anyone else’s child had similar? It’s just so strange as it was mild for my other kids but it’s been brutal for the baby.
Im not worried about dehydration as had wet nappies etc. Can a bug take this long? Do I just wait it out? xx

Is it her first time having a sickness bug? Sometimes when it's the immune systems first time encountering something it's worse. But up to 48hrs of vomiting is definitely normal, as long as she's not super lethargic and having wet nappies then you just gotta wait it out.
