White patch randomly on toddler

So, my son woke up randomly with this white patch that starts around near his chin which just looks like blood isn’t going to it / even when he cries?
Im a hypochondriac so im panicking a bit.
Anyone give me any advice?

Looks like he's just slept on that patch? I don't think this is anything to worry about. My little girl has a sort of reverse birthmark that is always white rather than with extra pigment.
