Spot on child’s face

Hi, my 3 year old has persistent a red mark/spot on her face. It goes more red after sleep and eating. Or when washing her face. It’s one spot that will not go away it’s been 2 months . She is otherwise well in herself. Any ideas what this could be. I’m more worried as it’s just there and not going away.

My ds had a red spot right on the tip of his nose that started when he was 3 or 4. I think it was a called a spider nevus. Because if where it was it didn't look great and I did research whether he could get it lasered off. It was there for about 5 years, then gradually disappeared.

This is the kind of thing to go and ask a pharmacist about, either for cream or reassurance. They'll be able to look at it and let you know what it is and what to do.
