I was wondering if anyone’s children have ever had 1 off episodes of vomiting? My 4 year old had a one off episode of vomiting 8 weeks ago and the same thing has happened again this morning. Both times he had eaten salty food the night before (bacon and halloumi) so I’m not sure if this is a trigger?
