Weird thing on baby finger

Any idea what this is? It doesn't seem to be causing any pain and just suddenly appeared yesterday. I don't know if she's caught it on something but there was no point of her getting upset.

I've been squirting breast milk on it, and the redness isn't progressing. When GP opens I'll try and get an appointment but it can be a bit of a struggle.

Looks a little bit infected. Is the black bit in the middle a splinter? As it's a tiny baby, the GP surgery should book you in for today. State that it's for an infected finger.

@Ahsheeit I'm wondering if it's a bite 🤷🏼‍♀️ there's loads of bugs in our garden with the heat.

I called and was directed to an online enquiry so I've just submitted that 🤞🤞

@Ahsheeit they wouldn't see us but prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic cream 🤷🏼‍♀️

That should be fine, just keep an eye on it 🙂
