Rash on child

Can someone advise what they think this rash could be? Been to hospital and advised not meningitis and sent home but unsure what else it could be. 16 month old and been quite poorly the last few days.

Mine both get whole body viral rashes like that when they are particularly poorly. They do blanche, but take quite a lot of pressure to get them to do so.

Might be roseola, especially if your LO has had a high temperature.
