8 year olds front teeth

My 8 year old has only lost 4 teeth so far, which are his front 4, his most recent was lost in late February but the adult tooth doesn’t seem to be all the way down yet but his other seemed to come fully down quite quickly, should I be concerned?

His next dentist appointment is in August but do I need to try and get him in earlier to get it checked?

Thanks for any help

If it’s partially through it will get there. Be patient

I don’t think so! I was worried about my 7 year olds as he’s had 2 come up behind the front teeth but dentist said they should be next to them & should move as his jaw grows but might need evening out in early teens but they won’t even start considering it until after 11. He basically said nothing can really be done about how they come through!

but if you’re worried it’s worth going to put your mind at rest!
