Toddler weird sick bug?!

My 18 month old has some weird sick bug! He was sick on Tuesday last week, just once. And has been fine since, completely his usual self.

he woke up this morning and had been sick all over his cot! No further vomiting and has been full of beans all day, eating and drinking, running around.
he’s just woken up now, 3 hours after going to bed and been sick everywhere.

Is this some sort of weird sick bug? Or something else? No one else in the house has had it

Has he eaten anything new?

We’ve definitely had sick bugs where DC is ill, then fine for a few days, then randomly sick again. But we’ve always had it where the original illness was worse than the later random vomit.

No hasn’t eaten anything new at all.

its so weird that he’s just right as rain in between, he’s been sick a few times now in the last half hour so hopefully it passes soon

Perhaps the one last week was something else and he's now caught a stomach bug?

How long did it last? Hope hes ok now
