I'm not concerned enough about this to be calling 111. If it's still there I will to to the doctors on Monday. He's absolutely fine in himself. We have just moved onto hydrolysed milk for a CMPA. Could this be eczema or just a heat rash/baby acne? It's also on face, neck but nowhere else.
