My daughter is 9 weeks. She's been on aptamil pepti for about 3 days. We are trialling it fir 2 weeks due to very bad painful wind and reflux and rash.

So far no improvement. The rash on her face is awful today and her wind is awful too. Anyone had experience with this? She coughing and spluttering in feeds now too .

Pepti one didn’t help us but Neocate did. Ask to swap to Neocate to try it. Our baby improved within 3 days on Neocate. Neocate isn’t for everyone though and there are other things to try. We went from Nutramigen to Pepti One to Neocate.

Thank you! We ended up calling 111 as she was so distressed yesterday. I could smell acid on her breathe and she was screaming in pain. She's been prescribed lansoprazole with the pepti. So we'll see if that improves things first.

Nutramigen did the trick for us! I hope her symptoms settle soon it's so hard op I feel for you and your dd x

Thought I'd update. We ended up on nutramigen and it made a huge difference. We were able to stop the lanzoprazole and her nappies were no longer really messy. I didn't realize her poos were bad until we changed milk! She's now 8 months and doing really well. Other than not sleeping due to a cold haha
