gastroenteritis?? - no fever

DS (age 4.5) has been vomiting on and off for 48 hours. Has been a little more tired so resting up on the couch and playing every so often when he can. The only thing is he doesn’t have a fever? Has anyone else’s little one been sick with no fever?

None of mine ( 3 ) have had fevers with gastroenteritis

No food as it feeds the bug just water and the salt and mineral replacements if necessary

hope he’s better soon !

Mine never have a fever (we currently also have a sickness bug ripping it’s way through the house!)
