Please help me with suggestions untill I can take 6 year old DD to GP tomorrow. She's in so much pain - I'll attach a pic, and also feels very nauseous. I don't know what to do

With that I'd be calling 111 ASAP, not waiting until tomorrow.

Thanks, on phone to them now

Just came back from a&e , it's infected so she's on antibiotics for 7 days. She's in a lot of pain

That does look so sore. It's a horrible combination.

Does she tolerate oat based products with her eczema? Avenoo or similar as that might be soothing for both the eczema and the chickenpox.

Similarly, tepid oat baths might comfort her.

Did A&E offer any suggestions for pain relief or is it regular paracetamol?

The antibiotics will take a few days to kick in, so whilst you're waiting for that - if you think she is getting worse at all, I think seeking further medical help sooner rather than later would be advisable - through 111, or return to A&E.

I gave her an oat bath this morning, but it didn't help, it's too sore.
With a&e they advised Calpol, and to book a GP appointment on Tuesday and take a photo to compare.
I will be keeping an eye on her. I've also given her Piriton to help with the itching and her eczema emoillent.
