10 week old just not bothered about milk

I was wondering if anyone had a similar situation to me. My 10 week old (almost 11) has never been bothered about milk. Doesn't drink large amounts. On average she can have anything from 60 to 120ml. She's gone from the 50th percentile to just above the 9th now and tbh I'm worried. The health visitor isn't concerned as she's very happy baby and meeting her milestones just fine. She is being referred to a dietician as well as speech and language therapist as she has mild laryngomalacia. She's on omeprazole for her reflux which has helped keep food in now. Waking her and offering frequent feeds doesn't work - she just won't drink or she'll retch. Has anyone else experienced this? She just doesn't seem fussed.

Has baby been checked for a tongue tie and has an infant feeding person assessed feeding. Are you pace feeding? Floppy larynx can make feeding very challenging and often requires an adjusted approach. Ideally you should offer smaller amounts more regularly. At 10weeks 60-120ml is quite a big volume in one go.

This was (and still is) my daughter. She is now 8. It drove me mad. She would take 2oz of milk and that would do her, but then wanted fed again in 90 mins/ 2 hours. After having milk guzzling boy first I was at a loss. HV moved us to a heavier milk and then advised us to wean early. Even at that she wasn’t bothered until 6 months. Still to this day she is a grazer. Will eat smaller meals more frequently and I’ve just had to roll with that. She doesn’t like the feeling of being “full.” As for growth and milestones she hit all of hers well in advance and is one of the tallest in her class. Obviously worth pursuing the pathway your Hv has you on, but mine advised “she’s just a natural grazer like some adults.” Good luck with it all.
