UTI worms? What could it be

My dd is 10 and got last few weeks complaining she has to go to toilet a lot and with urgency but then gets there doesn’t need it. We’re had 2 uti test done both clear of everthing and both sent to lab and nothing.

a friend mentioned worms as when they get older sometimes doesn’t show as itchiness and sometimes can go to the front with girls. Started weeks ago said she was sore so I put thrush cream on thinking maybe had thrush. Again lastnight she had a wee in night said it was sore, but this morning all fine not sore anymore. Doctors are ringing me on Monday to see if it’s anything else.

but she’s well in self, these are only symptoms. She complains more when she’s sat down as it must feel like when she’s sat down. Doctors said maybe hormonal due to age but idk it’s getting to us all as we can’t go out anywhere without her having a meltdown down for the toilet I even bought her a she wee but won’t use it. She has a school trip on residential soon and she’s already saying she isn’t going due to this issue.

any advice would be great
