my almost 2 year old was throwing a major tantrum last Thursday afternoon in Smyths we went to get her a new car chair I’ve tried picking her up to get her out the shop while her dad paid for the chair she wriggled herself and fought with me so much she flung herself out of my arms straight on to floor hitting her head the corner of the forehead a duck egg came up straight away I left and went straight toA&E left the chair she cried for about 5 mins she didn’t pass out or vomit she was shaken up for about 30 mins once we checked in she had some chocolate and was running up down playing in the waiting area the nurse and doctor checked her over 3 hours in between said she was fine no signs of concussion just keep an eye on her she’s been fine ever since no vomiting just some bruising where she hit but after her lunch today she’s been sick I will say it’s not out of the ordinary for her to be sick especially after drinking lots of water after her lunch but I’m now worried it’s relating to her hitting her head my husband says I’m overthinking as I do normally do but what you guys think? 5 days laters is it possible it’s related.

I wouldn't think related, but not a medic. If in England, can you call 111 for advice? Or your GP?

5 days later I wouldn't imagine it's related, it's usually only 24-48hrs they advise you keep an eye for concussion symptoms after a head bang. Especially if she's prone to vomiting regularly and has no other worrying symptoms.
