Petechiae on toddlers face

My two year old has these non blanching dots on her face, she seems to randomly get them on other parts of her body too but they are sporadic and never spread quickly or anything.
She is fine in herself.
Has anyone had experience with this where their toddler gets Petechiae for no reason? Or do you think it warrants a blood test?
Thanks in advance

Maybe it's just a bad pic but those don't look like petechiae to me (not as my son gets it anyway), they don't look red and they're very far apart. Petechiae is usually in a cluster.

Thank you for replying! Maybe it’s something else then, it’s just the fact they don’t fade at all when pressed. They are a dark purple colour

Definitely a non-blanching rash of some sort then but just not petechiae by the sounds of it.
