How to entertain a poorly toddler

DS is down with tonsillitis again- quite bad this time round. He’s 19 months and very much on the go. Even though he clearly looks so poorly and is sleeping slightly more, he’s bored out of his brain!

I know he needs to rest but he also needs 24/7 stimulation! How do I keep him entertained all day tomorrow/Fri?!

Take him for a walk in pram? He’s resting but can see things ie in parkland or wooded area. Can nap if tired

Agree with pp on the walk but also activities that you can do sitting down such as Play-Doh, reading, Lego, drawing/colouring/painting.
