11 year old bruising

Does this look like a normal amount of bruising on my 11 year olds shins?

He’s autistic and doesn’t remember how he got them, unsure whether to take him to GP to get checked out or not?

Has he been doing swimming in PE? I used to get bruises like that from climbing in and out of the pool. School often prefer them to pull out onto the side rather than use steps, and it leads to bruised shins.

Any bruises in areas you wouldn't expect to regularly bash? If not I wouldn't be too concerned.

Dose his autism effect his coordination or course him to get distracted and not look where he's going? He could just be bumping into things more then most.

I think it looks fairly normal for a kid who is running around / clinging things / on bikes etc.

Like PP, I’d be worried about bruises in areas less prone to them.
