Chicken pox infected?

My little one is on day 8 of chicken pox, they’re scabbing over now but these ones are red around them just wondering if that’s normal or if they look infected. TIA

I don't think that's infected in my (barely) medical opinion. Is it hot to touch? I would just keep an eye on them, if the redness spreads then might be worth a check up but likely just normal healing process
