Pinprick rash and viral illness

So there's a nasty virus in house my 2 toddlers have it
My 3 year old has a high temp 38.5, bad cough and generally unwell but nothing crazy concerning except she vomited 2 nights ago, she vomited once
She now has what I thought burst capillaries all over her face and jawline
I put a glass over it and rash doesn't fade, but burst capillaries wouldn't fade right?
It's tiny pin pricks, looks like burst capillaries I've had them myself before
What's concerning me is she has it all over her Jawline
Do yous think it warrants a trip to hospital
I was going to go Dr tomorrow

Google petechial rash, look at the images and compare. It usually comes from straining vomiting, wrenching and it burst capillaries and nothing to worry about.
however if it’s accompanied by a fever, rash elsewhere, stiff neck, avoidance of light, you must go to A/E or call an ambulance immediately.
