Non blanching rash

My son (5 months old) has a non blanching rash he’s had it for 4 weeks started on both feet and spread up both legs, he hasn’t had any other symptoms, no temperature and fine in himself, he’s seen 2 different doctors who can’t find a reason for it but also said it’s abit concerning that it isn’t going, next step is referral to paediatrician. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what it could be? Or if any of your kids have had similar?

Have they mentioned anything about Vasculitis? My son had a virus, and afterwards developed a rash on his feet, that spread up his legs and all over his bum. My son was referred to the hospital, and saw a dermatologist. He was 5 at the time.
