My 8 year old boy has suffered with constipation for 8 years now and we have finally under a community nurse and starting his second disinpaction process. I'm feeling really frustrated as my son doesn't get a feeling he needs a poo so he just sits in it . I'm going to keep a diary of the daily routine and see if this helps me get my head round it. I accept he's got a problem but it's the hygiene that I cant get my head round like he won't move his pull ups that are soiled, he says he can't feel or smell it.
