My 7 year old daughter started getting small spots on her nose and forehead. They are not inflamed and most likely milia. They are not going away though. Her skin is sensitive and not greasy. Was just using a flannel and water previously. Not sure why it's happening. Started in Feb. Dr's said to do daily cleansing with gentle facewash but my daughter hates rinsing her face. I have tried Cerave moisturising face wash, an unperfumed soap, a wipe off cleanser. The issue has got worse not better. I haven't done Simple wash because it irritates my skin and don't trust it. I suspect her skin barrier got damaged with swimming and terry cloth flannel made it worse. Foes anyone have a sensitive skinned child aged 7 or older who started getting little pimples and if so what did you do?
