What rash is this?

My 7M old Daughter has this rash just come up, it’s very localised and swollen around it with a bunch of blisters in the middle.

her nappy does rub there but I just don’t know what it is, she doesn’t seem to be in pain and it on her inner thigh.

anyone else had something similar?

could be half a dozen things. Without a picture or any more details it's practically impossible to say, but considering the recent weather and details you gave, have you looked up heat rash?

The skin is broken and the area around it appears red and you say it is swollen. I think she needs to see a Dr today to assess if she needs antibiotics. A&E would not be inappropriate if no urgent care or out of hours available in your area
