Daily nose bleeds and headache?

Just wondering if anyone has been through this? DD11 has had daily nose bleeds for 7 days now, and a headache on and off for around 3 days. It’s not severe, she can still do her daily things, it’s just ‘nagging’.

she does seem to have a phase of nosebleeds regularly, last time the GP said it should really be cauterised but with her being autistic they don’t feel like she’d cope well with it so they’ll just leave her be.

I can’t get a GP appointment today, so will try again tomorrow, but until then does anyone have any advice?

Hayfever related?

Could be rise in humidity?

Before I had my nose cauterised I’d have what I’d describe as “spates” of nosebleeds where I’d have a couple a day for a few weeks and then nothing for a while and then it’d start again. Are they really heavy?

They’re quite heavy, but not alarmingly so. They’re less than 10 minutes, probably look worse than they are. No hay fever symptoms.
