Random non-blanching dots on toddler

Hello,
my two year old has been getting these non-blanching dots on her skin. They are quite sporadic, I realise if she had lots of them and they spread quickly I would have to take her to the hospital. Has anyone experienced them like this? Appearing in random places, maybe 4 on her chest, a couple on her leg and also on her face. No other symptoms and she is well in herself so I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about.
But my mum friends have said their kids never had this, so how I’m thinking it’s not normal? Is it cause for concern? Thanks in advance.
Some photos attached

I get very small moles like these. Do they go away or are they permanent once they appear?

They eventually fade but it can take a few days. They aren’t raised or anything, I think it’s possibly petechiae

Maybe it's just the photo, but they just look like freckles to me. Hope it's nothing more serious 🤞

Yeah they do a bit. Doesn’t the skin have to be exposed to sun for freckles to appear? Her chest area has never been in the sun
