Is this chickenpox?

At a complete loss at what this rash could possibly be, originally thought it was chicken pox from the way they've developed but seem to have faded today, has anyone else had this before? I did ring 111 as 1 year jabs were 2 weeks ago and was told all rashes need to be seen but they didn't want to see him and just said it was chickenpox from what I've described.

I'm thinking possibly hand, foot and mouth?? There's a few spots on his body but they all look like pimples!
