My baby has had these small bumps appear mainly on his legs but also on his arms and back

Are you waiting for a photo for approved? The NHS has a website page of children’s rash, I would compare to those one.

Following as we have a similar rash on our 1 yr old at the moment. Started as little bumps on his back/side but soon turned into a rash which spread to his arms and sometimes top of legs too. Doctors aren’t sure what it is either. They narrowed it down to possibly an allergy reaction, possibly a bit of eczema, possibly viral and maybe a heat rash which doesn’t really feel like they have a clue what it is 😬 he’s been prescribed a steroid cream and antihistamine but it’s not making a huge difference to be honest
