Hi all,
this strange mark came up on my newborns knee. It’s been there for almost 2 weeks. She is a little over 3 weeks old now.
at first I thought it was heat rash but it’s flat and disappears under glass/when touched.
it’s just a really odd one, I thought it was a birth mark but it would be there at birth and it wasn’t.
not a bite or anything. She’s feeding etc fine. Nappies are fine too. Gaining weight really well. She does have very dry skin? Maybe eczema ?
any ideas? My GP currently is booking for 3 weeks ahead. Is this something I can call triage about? I know I can for up to 6 weeks but not sure if it’s emergency stuff only.
