Siblings with chickenpox

My 4 month old has came out in chicken pox caught from her sister who's just clear of them, can I still take her sister to nursery? As the baby would be in contact/in the same room as all the nursery children for a brief time twice a day

If they have crusted over you should be ok , otherwise can you not leave the baby outside in their pram or in the car with a staff member watching for the few minutes of picking up and dropping off?

Similar happened to my dc however eldest was in reception and my dc was 9 months. I just popped him in his pushchair and popped his rain cover over him when I needed to do pick ups and drop offs.
