My boys vomit when they run or play fight after food

My boys vomit when they play fight or run after food. I try my best to not let them move after food but it’s impossible with them. Should I just ignore this behaviour or I need to be more stricter. Is this a normal thing with all other kids, vomiting if they have full belly while running or playing?
it’s not a full vomit more like it comes back up and then goes down 🫨👀

They need to let their dinner go down before they run round if their vomiting! 30 minutes should do it, or at least as long as you possibly can.

Sounds like reflux, they probably have a weaker muscle at the top of their stomach which is meant to hold it closed and stop the food coming back up. This is what causes indigestion and heartburn and is quite common.
I think they are going to have to learn to eat less, or wait longer until playing, or just put up with a bit of regurgitating!

Why would they get reflux this young?

some babies have reflux. Because the muscle at the top of their stomach isn’t fully developed.

I've had reflux throughout my childhood and adult life
It's just the way I was born. I remember constantly regurgitating food after eating as a child.

Edited

did it happen after eating or running or just random ? Does over drinking as well contributed to it ?

Sorry only just seen this. Yes any kind of vigorous activity would be more likely to cause reflux. I remember as a child going upside down after eating and unsurprisingly regurgitated some food.
And yes the fuller the stomach the worse things will be. If you were holding a plastic bag full of liquid that wasn't quite sealed at the top and started jumping around then some would spill out, the stomach is the same.

That’s scary. Till now they don’t know why you have weak stomach valve ? Did they get to the bottom of it ?
my child developed this recently
