Rash on 4 year old

I’ve just randomly noticed this rash on my daughter’s leg, any ideas what it could be? She’s itching it but haven’t noticed any other rashes

Does look like eczema to me try giving her a child antihistamine if it's itchy. Also you can buy a very mild steroid ointment over the counter just to see if it helps .
