My 18 month old has this one circular dry skin patch on his shoulder which doesn’t seem to be bothering him, I’ll take him to the pharmacy tomorrow, do you think it’s ezcema or ring worm??

Ringworm is generally scaly and I can't tell from your pic if this is. I'd bet erythema multiforme here, but do get it checked.

I’d say ring worm. Eczema is classically seen on the inside of joints (elbows/knees), and while of course it can spread, the shoulder would be an unusual place. Eczema is often itchy or uncomfortable also
Also, that is quite a defined ring with a clear patch in the centre.
Hopefully pharmacist can help but he may need a prescription due to his age

I’ve had ringworm twice when young (worked on farms). It’s incredibly itchy and usually scaly/scabby. So I suspect not that.

Could be discoid eczema, which can look amazingly fungal and is often random patches on the body. DD2 was swabbed twice and tried with three different anti-fungals before getting the correct diagnosis. Hers doesn't seem to be particularly itchy either, thankfully.
