Red forehead? Teething? Slapped cheek?

Hi,
So my little boy has had a strange two days, yesterday weren't really himself didn't sleep, lethargic but no temperature, he woke up with this red marking on his forehead which resembled sunburn but obviously isnt (his cheeks are always red, it's hereditary and he's teething slightly too) which slightly alarmed me, taken him to gp who said it could be slapped cheek but I feel like he diagnosed him looking more at his cheeks but like I said these are normal for him. But obviously the gp was more worried about the fact I'm 30 weeks pregnant (which I've had a sore throat and cough for days now prior to my son being ill which I'm on antibiotics for) he's sent me for bloods which I'm just awaiting on the results I'm just worried if it is slapped cheek, and maybe if that's what I've had as to why I'm feeling rubbish too and I've been misdiagnosed or whether he's been misdiagnosed as he woke up this morning his temp still fine, less red and back to his normal self. Any other ideas of what this could be? Or if anyone has seen this before? Like I said he's got one tooth coming through and another trying to come through. I'm just really worried about the baby now too as I've read scary stories on this.

Photo attached of his skin.

When my son had slapped cheek he had bright red cheeks for a couple of days and then after that cleared up he then had a rash on other parts of his body that came and went for weeks. He also had a bit of a cold and a headache before the red cheeks came out. I hope you both feel better soon.
