Chronic teeth grinding in child – any good private pediatric dentist / ENT recommendations

Hi,
My child (7 years old) has been grinding their teeth every single night for months. The grinding is loud, intense, and has already caused visible tooth wear. It gets noticeably worse during colds or nasal congestion, so I suspect there may be an issue with breathing or enlarged adenoids.

We’ve raised this with the GP and NHS dentist but haven’t received any useful support. We're looking for a more thorough, holistic approach. Has anyone been through something similar?
Can you recommend a good private pediatric dentist or ENT specialist who has experience with bruxism and underlying causes (e.g. sleep-disordered breathing, adenoids, etc.)?

Thanks so much in advance!

There is nothing a dentist will do for grinding at this age as a mouth guard will hinder proper growth.
However grinding in children can be associated with narrowed airways due to adenoid problems etc so ENT would be an appropriate referral .
