Beaus nails? Could it be zinc deficiency

My 11 yr old daughter has been unwell since august with celiac / eds and a mild heart aneurysm.
Before she was poorly her nails were getting lumpy ridges - now they look like this - celiac should be nearly under control now (awaiting bloods ttg score but was 3600 to 80 2 months ago so hope almost better now)
wondering if a zinc deficiency maybe caused by intestinal damage? Or any other ideas?
she also has a lump on her neck thats been ultrasounded x 2 and they think is a overactive lymph gland.

With coeliac it is more likely to be a calcium deficiency, tbh
