Hi all,
Just wanted a bit of advice. My LB (almost 4) has suffered with nasal congestion, sleep apnea, excessive snoring and mouth breathing since practically being born. After numerous visits to the GP he was finally referred to ENT and had an adenotonsillectomy in September 2023. The symptoms calmed down for a few months however started back up again in 2024. We went back to the GP who referred him back to ENT (appointment next week) however I just wondered if anybody had experienced anything similar with there little ones? He is constantly coughing and sneezing at night to the point where sometimes it sounds like he is choking. He doesn't get a proper night's sleep which in turn affects his behaviour during the day. I'm thinking possible allergies but he is like this year round. I constantly hoover the house and dust and hoover mattresses but I am at a loss because nothing seems to help. The GP prescribed steroid spray which seemed to help initially but then didn't. I've tried giving allergy medicine which doesn't help.
TIA
